FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

no pain, just gains Website Release Provides Information to Reduce Joint Pain

Starkville, Mississippi - February 3, 2021 - Low impact workouts should be considered as an effective method of exercise when a person suffers from chronic joint pain or is looking to prevent chronic joint pain in the future.

21-year-old Karlea Winstead has struggled with managing joint pain for an undifferentiated, or non-specified, auto-immune disorder for three years and has tried multiple different treatment options to manage her joint pain as a young adult.

"Joint pain is not something a person in their late teens or early 20s should have to worry about," says Ms Winstead, "but it is something I have had to consider when trying to stay active and live a healthy lifestyle. As I looked for non-pharmaceutical options to manage my joint pain, I was introduced to Pure Barre, which opened the door to new types of exercises that reduced my joint pain instead of irritating it. That is why I want to provide others with the information I have learned throughout this process!"

These different styles of low impact workouts have aided in Ms Winstead's journey to decrease joint pain while maintaining a consistent workout routine. The release of the no pain, just gains website details how to begin your own path to a pain-free lifestyle.

Her website serves as an informational tool for others that may struggle with joint pain or wish to prevent joint pain throughout the aging process.

"I know that I am not the only one that suffers from swollen knees, an aching back and popping hips whenever I do high impact workouts, like running or heavy weightlifting. I want to teach people about the benefits of different styles of low impact workouts and how it can still be just as effective as traditional exercises."

Karlea Winstead is a college student that is passionate about health and fitness. Her newly released no pain, just gains website provides useful information about the various benefits of low impact workouts, styles of low impact workouts and optional equipment for low impact workouts.
